The products offered come directly from partner manufacturers and brands. Stork Essentials acts solely as an assembler and distributor. The quality, safety, and compliance of the products are the responsibility of the manufacturer or brand.

Responsibility
Stork Essentials assumes no liability for manufacturing defects, safety issues, or improper use of any product. Any product-related complaints should be addressed directly to the manufacturer or brand.

Order
All orders are confirmed after payment validation. Stork Essentials reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of unavailability or obvious error.

Price
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges may be added depending on the destination.

Applicable law
